Q: Do you provide delivery service? 

Yes, we provide delivery service in Phoenix and Scottsdale! Become a Viking today! There is no delivery fee, however a minimum order of $35.00 is required. Please note that we are currently expanding our delivery infrastructure, so some restrictions may apply. Same day service is not applicable. 

Q: What services does Viking Cleaners provide?

Viking Cleaners is a full-service facility offering (but not limited to) the following:

  • Dry Cleaning

  • Laundry Fluff & Fold

  • Alterations & Repairs

  • Bridal & Heirloom cleaning and preservation

  • Fur, Pillow and other household items

Q: How long does it take for Viking Cleaners to process my order?

Same day service is available by request for garments given before 9 a.m. to be ready after 5 p.m. Garments given after 9 a.m. or without same day service priority will be ready the next day after 5 p.m.  Note: Same day service is not available for delivery.

Q: What are Viking Cleaners' hours of operation?

We are open Monday thru Saturday. 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. M-F and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday.  Click HERE for additional information on location and hours.

Q: Does Viking Cleaners have alteration services?

Q: Does Viking Cleaners offer services for leather and rugs?

Yes. We offer services for leather, suede, and rugs. Because they require treatment at a specialized facility, the service usually takes between 10-14 days.

Q: Where are the cleaning services done?

All of our cleaning services are done in-house at our Phoenix plant and special services, such as treating leather and suede, are treated at a specialized facility.
