Restoration is a highly-specialized cleaning process by which damaged fabric items such as clothing, draperies and bedding are restored to their pre-loss condition.

Q. How is Viking Textile Restoration different from my regular dry cleaner?

Viking Textile Restoration performs restoration dry cleaning services.  Our restoration division specializes in cleaning and restoring the items a retail dry cleaner would not normally be able to clean by using specialized machinery that restores items that have been damaged by fire, smoke and water.

Q. Will all my items be dry cleaned?

Not all.  Our processes include dry cleaning, laundering, ozoning, and deodorizing your garments.  Each piece will be individually assessed and analyzed so that we chose the best method and care to clean all your textiles.  

Q. What if something does not come clean?

We offer risk-free guarantee. If an item does not respond to cleaning, there is absolutely no charge for it.

Q. Will I have access to my items once they are in storage?

Q. When will my items be ready for delivery?

Once your home is ready for move-in and we have received payment from your insurance company, we will coordinate delivery of your restored items.  ** Please note: We REQUIRE that you call our delivery department at LEAST 2 weeks in advance to schedule delivery.  Please call 602-956-3280 to schedule.
